Our community is expanding, and so is our mission to provide the most immersive Arma Reforger experience. Whether you’re a tactical veteran, a creative storyteller, or a technical wizard, we need your help to push Vanguard Operations to the next level.

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals in the following roles:

Administrators & Moderators

Are you composed, fair, and skilled at conflict resolution? Help us maintain the standard of play across our PVE Training School and our Ultra Hardcore PVP server. Your role is to ensure a toxic-free environment and assist players in need.

Developers (Modding & Scripting)

Do you have experience with Enforce Script or the Arma Reforger Workbench? Help us build unique features, custom assets, and mechanics that set our servers apart. We value technical precision and a passion for game stability.

Media Creators (Video, Photo, Design)

Can you capture the perfect shot in the heat of battle? We’re looking for editors to create cinematic trailers, photographers for high-quality screenshots, and designers for social media content. Help us showcase the intensity of our operations.

Instructors (PVE Academy)

Do you have hundreds of hours in the Arma series? Join our school as an instructor to mentor newcomers. Teach them the essentials of navigation, communication, and tactical maneuvers to prepare them for the hardcore frontlines.
